A LITTLE ABOUT US!
We have been in Real Estate for over 19 years and a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Colorado Association of Realtors. We both strive to build positive business relationships by collaborating exclusively with people that we admire and respect and who value the service that we provide. Having a good relationship with our clients is more important to us than transaction volume. This is why we primarily work by referrals that come from satisfied clients and friends who can testify putting their trust with us and knowing they have us on their side as you will too. We choose to offer a friendly but professional approach where we exceed expectations and not just seeing you as a transaction. We both want our clients to be so fired up that they cannot wait to tell their friends and family about our fantastic services that they have received and continue to receive far past closing.
When I am not working on Real Estate matters, I try to spend time with my family and all the grand kids.
I also volunteer at our local hospital 4 hours a week in the Gift Store and Oncology helping with patients and nurses. In addition, I volunteer with the Quality and Safety Council at Banner.
I was a Chairperson of the Loveland Independent Broker’s Group for many years.
I love the beach, camping, horseback riding, hiking, biking and definitely vacations with family and friends!

I am a twelfth year Realtor and in addition I offer full service Property Management of single family Homes.
I am a retired officer of a Colorado Western Slope Volunteer Fire Department serving for nearly twenty years, during which time I also worked as an EMT. I also am a Honorably discharged Veteran of the United States Army.
My first career was as a successful Custom Home Builder for 35 years, part of which was to rehabilitate more than twenty homes that were part of the Bank Foreclosure Era around 2008.
